Our Style Guides have undergone professional training and they will take your body measurements and convert them into clothing measurements. Your body measurements are the baseline and we need to adjust your sizing by tweaking your garment measurements according to our tried and tested algorithm.
Q2. How long does a typical measurement session last?
A measurement session typically lasts 30 to 45 mins. However, this may be expedited if you already have a fabric and colour in mind.

Q4. Can you copy the fit of an existing suit that I have?
No, we do not duplicate the fit of other suits as the patterning process might differ between various suits. We prefer to make a suit based on your body measurements instead! Nonetheless, you may bring down your existing suit for us to better understand your desired fit.
Q5. Can you guys make clothes for bigger guys?
Of course! As long as we have your measurements, we’ll make you something that’s both stylish and comfortable, regardless of your size. After all, that’s the beauty of custom.
Q1. How do i place an order?
If you'd like to place your first order with us, please proceed to the "Contact" page and indicate when and where you'd like to meet with one of our Style Guides. We will then arrange for an appointment to take your measurements and walk you through the options we offer.
Q2. When will my suit be ready?
Our suits are made-to-order and will be ready in approximately 3 - 4 weeks. We will be in touch with you once your suit has arrived and we will arrange for a first-fitting session.
Kindly note that during the month of February, a longer lead time will be required due to the Lunar New Year period and we recommend a comfortable timeframe of 4 - 6 weeks for the entire process. Following the first fitting, any further adjustments will take approximately 1 week to complete.
Q3. Can i rush my order?
Unfortunately, no. You can't rush greatness.
We advise our customers to include additional time for last-minute alterations and to plan ahead before ordering for a special event.
Q4. How do i re-order?
If you have ordered from us in the past, you can simply drop us an email and let us know the fabrics and colours that you'd like. We will then process your order and inform you once the suit is ready.
Q1. My suit doesn't fit. What can I do?
On the off chance that suits are unreasonably ill-fitting and require major adjustments, we will initiate complimentary alterations. These may include when suits produced severely lacked fabric in some areas such that wearing the suit is a challenge or when there is a gross amount of loose and unintended fabric.
If a tailor deems the order unalterable, we will make you a new suit from scratch. This will take approximately 3 weeks for your new suit to be ready.
Our adjustment policy is designed to ensure that your suit will fit, while keeping our prices as low as possible by doing away with unnecessary adjustments. As such, our Style guides will strive to achieve a good fit upon first fitting.
Q2. How long does it take for alteration(s)?
When an alteration is needed, we do this with local tailors and we aim to complete this within one week.
Q1. What forms of payment do you accept?
In the digital age today, cashless, is more often than not, the preferred mode of payment. SuitYourself accepts Paynow and Bank Transfer (kindly bring along your token).
Q2. How do I notify you of my payment?
Upon successful transaction, kindly reply to our email thread where we sent the e-invoice indicating the following:
a) Full name
b) Screenshot of the transaction receipt
Q3. What is your returns policy?
Once your first garment is received, we await your feedback and we will perform alterations as and if required. Kindly bring the garments back to us within 7 days from the date of first fitting. These typically take approximately one week per alteration. In the rare case that the required changes are beyond of what can be altered, we will replace the item for you.
As each garment is personally tailored, we are unable to resell an item to any other customer other than the customer placing the order, and as such we cannot accept returns on the basis of a change of heart on the part of the customer.
Refunds on the basis of fit are considered a last resort, and will only be granted when efforts to alter and/or remake the garment are unsuccessful.
